Welcome to ATG

Welcome to the Africa Trade Gateway (ATG). The ATG is a single window into African trade through which the need to facilitate finance, navigate, and extend across Africa’s single market to seize the huge market opportunity of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) for businesses, governments, investors, and others are all addressed. The ATG ENABLES a comprehensive trade/investment customer journey to discover and research African value chains; engage with trusted African counterparties; navigate African trade regulations; transact in African goods and services; fulfil transactions in local African currencies; instantly match and connect to freight/logistics providers to move goods anywhere in Africa; and connect to other value-add service providers. 

The ATG provides a single access point to PAPSS, ATEX,  MANSA, TRADAR Club and ATG Connect.

Register on ATG

1. To register on the ATG single window platform, access this URL: https://atg.africa/. You should view this page.

  2. Click on the Register button at the top right. You will be redirected to a form where you can fill in your details:

3. At the bottom of the registration form select E-voucher box an enter the E-voucher Code provide upon payment for subscribed services and click “Create account”:

4. After successfully entering your details, you will be directed to validate your email address. Check your email and enter the verification code. 

5. After you have verified your email, you will be redirected to log in to the platform with your credentials.  Select Log in and Log in with your email and password.  

6. After logging in, you will be asked to enter a validation code as part of the Two-Factor Authentication Security Settings. Check your email and enter the validation code. 

7. Select the business account plan and enter your business details then click next.

8. Congratulations! You have successfully registered for ATG Single Access. 

Subscribe to ATG Services

1. Access this URL: https://atg.africa/.After successfully logging in, you will be directed to your user dashboard. As a new user, you have not subscribed to any ATG services yet.

2. The main menu is on the left side. The following is a description of the menu items.

1. My ATG: displays the platform suite that is accessible from ATG Single Access. It also displays the subscription services you have subscribed to. To subscribe to a service, select the service from the suite on services and click on Become a Subscriber.  You will be redirected to the subscription page of that particular service. 
2. Sync Accounts: This section enables you as a user to synchronize your log in email across the different platform services. For example, if you had previously subscribed as a user on MANSA and Tradar Club, you can select the primary email you would like to use for both platforms. 
3. Profile: Here, you can update your personal and business profiles.
4. Credit Facility: In this section, you can make a loan application and monitor the status of the loan
5. Message Center: Here, you can view all the messages you have sent and received. 
6. My Subscriptions: This section helps you manage the subscriptions you have for the different ATG services. 
7. Chat: Chat with other subscribers and users on the platform. This differs from the live chat, where you can chat with the platform administrator. 
8. General Management: Here, you can view the tasks you have done on the platform and when they were done. For example, you are adding a new subscription.  You can also access the APIs for the different services if you want to use them to integrate to your applications. 
9. Operations Management: This section extracts various reports
10. Log out: Click on this when you want to log out of the platform.

Subscribe to TRADAR Club

1. Log in to access your dashboard After successfully registering on the ATG single window platform. Click on become a subscriber under TRADAR Club.

1. You will be redirected to the subscription process. You will notice that your business details are visible. 

1. Follow the registration process by clicking next and entering the required information:

1. Enter more information about your business and click next

1. You have successfully registered for the Tradar Club service

1. When you log back into the ATG Single window, you will now have Tradar as a subscribed service on your dashboard. 

Subscribe to ATGConnect

1. Log in to access your dashboard After successfully registering on the ATG single window platform. Click on become a subscriber under ATG Connect.

1. You will be redirected to the subscription process, where you will add more information about your business. Enter the information and click Next.

1. Enter your preferences and click next

1. Enter more information about your Business and click Submit

1. You have successfully subscribed to ATGConnect Services!

1. You have successfully registered with Tradar Club and ATGConnect Services. Whenever you log in to ATG: https://atg.africa/. You will see the services you have subscribed to:

Become a Contributor on ATGConnect 

As a Financial Institution, you can become a contributor to list yourselves as a financial service provider on the ATGConnect platform. To become a contributor, follow these steps:

1. Click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the page and select the “Become a contributor” option. 

1. Fill the requested mandated details for the contribution registration process and click next. You will need to upload an official authority letter with the confirmed list of administrators. A sample of this letter has been provided in Appendix 1 at the end of the document.

1. Select and complete the “list your service/Bring your information” section and click submit.

1. You have successfully registered for the ATG contributor service.

Update Company Information and Access to Finance

For your Financial institution to be updated as a service provider, the next step is to update your company information and add your financial services products. 

Log in to https://www.atg.africa/ then follow these steps:

1. Access ATG connect through the “navigate to” option in the “My subscribed service” section to be redirected to the ATG connect page.

1.  Click on “Data management” section on the left-hand side of the page and select “Company information on the drop-down menu.

1. Select the edit icon on the right side of the company information row 

1. Fill in the company information fields and click “submit” to proceed.

1. The ATGConnect will then approve the company information update. When you get a confirmation of approval on email, Log back in and access ATGConnect. Click on “Data management” section on the left-hand side of the page and select “access to finance” on the drop-down menu.

1. Click on the “add access to finance.”

1. Fill the form and click submit.

1. Once the admin approves your application as a finance provider, you have successfully added your financial institution as a Finance Service Provider.
2. Your institution will be listed in the Access to Finance section of the platform. Access it by  clicking on the “Finance” option on the top navigation bar of the page. And select Access to Finance:

1. Search for your institutions based on the following criteria listed. 

CONGRATULATIONS! You have successfully subscribed to Tradar and ATGConnect.
